Jill Stehnach
Jill has worked in real estate since she graduated from college, first corporately with Hallmark Cards and then in residential real estate. Thirty-eight years in, she still loves what she calls all things home, from interior and architectural design to what is going on behind the walls. She built the Stehnach Team as a family business and a legacy, and today her son Matt works beside her.

Jill's clients know her for open, constant communication and for making them comfortable, whether they are in her office or walking through a house. Thirty-eight years of experience means she knows this market house by house, and she uses all of it in every deal.
The Stehnach Team
Matt graduated summa cum laude from Saint Vincent College in 2025 with a degree in data analytics. He works closely with the team's buyers while learning every side of listings and closing, and he uses his analytics background to see which listings, prices, and posts get real traction.
How we work
Every move has a story behind it, so we start by learning yours. Then we tailor the plan to it, and we market every listing hard, because we believe a seller deserves to have their home in front of as many of the right buyers as possible.
